Fall and Winter programs have now been announced!!

Starts: October 2011 and January 2012

Two time gold medalist Carla MacLeod will teach the new WNCHL Beginner Hockey Program. Just because you didn't play hockey when you were a younger or haven't played in a while doesn't mean you can't play now. The WNCHL Beginner Program is a 14 session program that will teach you the fundamentals you will need to start playing fun and competitive hockey. Everyone in the program is starting at the same skill level, which takes away the fear and embarrassment of learning to play with higher caliber players. Best of all, you and your fellow classmates are a team that will play games against other beginners and then have the opportunity to continue playing in the WNCHL together.

We are very excited to launch the Woman's Non Contact Hockey League (WNCHL) this summer. Our goal for this new league is to create a league for women by women - For Us By Us! We want to create a league that is played with maturity and respect for fellow teammates and for the opposing team. The WNCHL Founders Committee will be established and be made up of players in the league. This committee will institute the rules we will all play by in the WNCHL. No longer will we have to play by others rule book, we can play the game how we want to play it.

Former Women's Team Canada Hockey Player and two time Gold Medalist Carla MacLeod will be will be talking about her experiences in Hockey and her role with the WNCHL and the WNCHL Women's Beginner Hockey Program.
